Brought my q3 in for a transmission service, they did a great job for a great price, drove it for a little and it was still shuddering so I texted Trevor and he set me up to bring it in the next day and they fixed the issue for free and the car drives great now. German Automotive is their specialty but, they are highly skilled in all automotive care needs.  I needed the heat shield to be replaced and oil change on my Nissan and Ace took care of it. Traveling home to Iowa from a trip to Florida, 9:30 P.M. and was able to get a hold of the crew, get towed by Ace which I would also highly recommend but by 10 A.M. the next day was already getting answers to a last minute fix on an alternator replacement. He didn't jerk me around trying to get me to buy a bunch of parts I didn't need and he was 10/5 ★ on getting my car in and started quickly to try and get us back on the road. Shop was super clean, the mechanics were all great to talk with and super helpful, and the cost was not overinflated especially being from out of town and needing service last minute. Absolutely 10/5 ★ service and experience here at Blitzkrieg German!
